03 June 2010 – 18h00 CET – Antwerp – Regulated Information Today, Thenergo and Van Gansewinkel Groep officially closed the sale of Leysen, Thenergo’s subsidiary, to Van Gansewinkel Groep. Influence on Thenergo group By selling Leysen Thenergo has reimbursed the total outstanding acquisition debt from the Leysen purchase in 2007. The resulting total debt position of Thenergo decreases with € 15 million of which € 8 million at holding level. Therefore the transaction has a positive impact on the cash flow of the company. In 2009 the Leysen REBITDA amounted to € 2.3 million. Some 80 employees of the Thenergo group will be transferred to Van Gansewinkel Groep. Today, the cash position of Thenergo amounts to € 800k.
