09/04/2010

09 April 2010 – 18h00 CET – Antwerp – Regulated information

“We are indeed preparing an extraordinary general meeting (EGM). The 27thof May 2009 the board of directors received the mandate of the shareholders to raise maximum € 25.5 million.  The board of directors will now ask the EGM to enlarge the mandate. The maximum amount of € 25.5 million will be kept. Due to the unfavorable economic circumstances the mandate of May 2009 was only restrictedly used. In March we raised € 1.3million, today negotiations are continuing.” says Norbert Van Leuffel, chairmanof the Thenergo board of directors.

As announced today, in the Flemish newspaper ‘De Tijd’,Thenergo is negotiating with different parties. These negotiations, also these with Waterleau, are in a premature stage. In the past Waterleau has built the waste water treatment systems for two of Thenergo’s power plants: Valmass and Binergy Ieper.
