“We are indeed preparing an extraordinary general meeting (EGM). The 27thof May 2009 the board of directors received the mandate of the shareholders to raise maximum € 25.5 million. The board of directors will now ask the EGM to enlarge the mandate. The maximum amount of € 25.5 million will be kept. Due to the unfavorable economic circumstances the mandate of May 2009 was only restrictedly used. In March we raised € 1.3million, today negotiations are continuing.” says Norbert Van Leuffel, chairmanof the Thenergo board of directors.
