KanaalZ, the Belgian TV channel for finance and economie, reports on Thenergo's Public Offering
Thenergo, the Antwerp-based specialist in sustainable energy projects, hopes to raise 81 million euro through its transfer to Euronext Brussels and Paris. The company is currently listed on the smaller Alternext Exchange based in Paris. The raised capital will serve to fund new projects and eventual acquisitions, possibly even in Wallonia. (in Dutch)
